Let's take an example of enrollment process for a training program reaching out to 5,000 + participants, with a maximum capacity of 1,000 attendees. The objective is to fully automate the process, starting from sending initial emails to confirming participants and distributing training invitations.

This process can be set up end to end using Power Automate on Microsoft Outlook and Forms. Where Outlook will be used for triggering emails and Forms for collecting responses

Step 1

Trigger 5,000 + emails through MS Outlook with MS forms embedded in the email - > Confirmation from participant - > Check available slot - > confirm participant

Step 2

Check status every 3 days -> Trigger reminder if slots are available
